If you are not receiving any emails from Rooam, please check these steps before contacting Rooam.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder in your email platform. If the Rooam emails are heading into these folders, simply add Rooam's email to your contacts to direct all emails to your inbox.
- Verify that your email address is correct. Head to "Settings" in the main navigation. If incorrect, simply tap on the email field and update your email address. Then select "Save" in the top right hand corner.
If you are still not receiving emails from Rooam after checking the steps above, please follows the instructions below to contact Rooam to resolve this issue.
- Tap on the hamburger (3 horizontal lines) at the top left corner which will activate the navigation.
- Choose "Help / Support" in the navigation screen.
- Select "Account" in the help section.
- Choose "I'm not receiving emails from Rooam."
- Enter your email in the input at the bottom of the screen and we will contact you shortly.
