If you are trying to sign up to Rooam, and getting an error that your email or phone is 'already in use', it may be possible that another account is incorrectly associated with your email or phone number. Simply follows the steps below to contact Rooam to solve this issue.
- Open Rooam app.
- Choose "Help / Support" in the navigation screen.
- Select "Account" in the help section.
- Choose "My email or phone number is already in use."
- Enter your email in the input at the bottom of the screen and we will contact you shortly.
