If your credit card declines a charge from the live feed or you are not able to check in to an establishment, you will have an outstanding balance that will prevent you from future "Check Ins" or "Checking Out". To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.

  1. When this error occurs, a "Past Due" screen will slide up, prompting to add another payment to settle the outstanding balance.
  2. Choose an existing payment from that screen to pay the outstanding balance or simply tap the "Add Payment" button at the bottom of the screen to add a new payment.
  3. Enter your payment details and select "Done" at the top right hand corner.
  4. If payment goes through, you will be able to "Check In" to the establishment or "Check out" from your live feed.

Note: You can not "Check In" or "Check Out" to any establishments with Rooam until this outstanding balance has been settled. The Rooam app will only show the "Past Due" screen.
