If you have any additional question that was not addressed in the Rooam support, please follow the steps below so we can help.

  1. Tap on the hamburger (3 horizontal lines) at the top left corner which will activate the navigation.
  2. Choose "Help / Support" in the navigation screen.
  3. Select "How to use Rooam" in the help section.
  4. Choose "I have another question about the app."
  5. Enter your question in the input at the bottom of the screen and we will contact you shortly to resolve this issue.
